Bless ‘Em All, a Cressbrook Band Concert on 13th October

To mark 100 years since WW1 and also the creation of the Royal Air force, Cressbrook Band’s annual Last night of the Proms will this year have a ‘Bless em All!’ theme.  Be nostalgic with music created and sang during the world wars, along with favourites such as the Dambusters and the RAF march past.  Following a break and refreshments, we go straight into some Pomp & Circumstance and other Proms regulars.  All are welcome at our popular event and the venue is wheelchair accessible.  Entry is just £5 on the door, which includes a glass of wine or soft drink.  More refreshments are available during the interval and as usual we hold a prize raffle.

We’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when?!  You’ll find us at Cressbrook Church (SK17 8SX) on Saturday 13th October, doors open from 7pm- start time 7.30pm.  A second chance is available on Friday 9th November at Litton Church. For more information or to contact us please see www.facebook.com/cressbrookband or ring 07968 933 023, we hope to see you there!
